The North Face is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Stockroom Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stockroom. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude to ensure our stockroom runs efficiently and effectively.   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, including receiving, organizing, and managing inventory.
  • Lead and motivate a team of stockroom employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient stockroom processes and procedures to maximize productivity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Train and onboard new stockroom employees to ensure they understand their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate with management regarding any stockroom needs, such as equipment or supply replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in stockroom efficiency and make recommendations to management.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires The Ability To Handle Physical Tasks, Such As Lifting And Moving Boxes Weighing Up To 50 Pounds, Standing For Long Periods, And Navigating Through The Stockroom. Therefore, Physical Stamina Is A Crucial Qualification For This Position.
