- Create and implement stockroom organization and maintenance procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Train and supervise stockroom staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or overages to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for upcoming promotions or sales.
- Conduct regular audits of the stockroom to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of new products and restocking of existing products.
- Monitor and maintain stockroom equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including proper handling and storage of products.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures regarding stockroom operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve stockroom processes and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with store management to address any stockroom-related issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing The North Face brand.
Familiarity With The North Face Brand And Products.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Retail Or Stockroom Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Oversee Multiple Tasks And Employees.
