Job Description

If so, The North Face has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Stockroom Supervisor. As the Stockroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stockroom, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the stockroom, including inventory management and organization.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all stockroom processes, including receiving, restocking, and order fulfillment.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of stockroom associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
  4. Train new stockroom associates and provide ongoing training and development for existing team members.
  5. Implement and maintain procedures to streamline stockroom operations and improve efficiency.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies or issues.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure smooth operations and timely restocking of products.
  9. Communicate with management regarding stockroom needs, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while performing stockroom duties.
