- Oversee stockroom operations and ensure efficient and accurate management of inventory.
- Supervise and train stockroom staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
- Ensure all stockroom procedures and protocols are followed, including receiving, organizing, and shelving merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to restock items as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Create and implement stockroom processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate stockroom activities and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and resolve any inventory-related issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers and provide recommendations on stock levels.
- Handle any stockroom-related complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track stockroom expenses and provide reports to management as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve stockroom processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the stockroom team.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Retail Or Stockroom Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Employees Effectively.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Procedures.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Ensure Efficient Stockroom Operations.
Familiarity With Outdoor And Athletic Apparel And Equipment, As Well As A Passion For The North Face Brand And Products.
