Job Description

The North Face is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to join our team and ensure our store's stockroom runs smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of our retail team, you will oversee the flow of products from shipments to displays, ensuring our customers always have access to the latest and greatest gear. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a love for all things adventure, we want to hear from you!

  1. Oversee and manage all stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels.
  2. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize loss or damage.
  3. Train and supervise stockroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate work.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the retail team to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment on the sales floor.
  5. Monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies, taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stored.
  7. Conduct regular stockroom audits and assist with inventory counts.
  8. Communicate with management and buying teams to provide feedback on inventory levels and make recommendations for product orders.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to stockroom operations.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve stockroom processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and trends to assist customers and provide recommendations.
  13. Handle any stockroom-related issues or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing The North Face brand.
