Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative product concepts for the North Face based on customer needs and market trends
2. Establish the design direction and vision for products
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet customer needs and business objectives
4. Create sketches, illustrations, and prototypes to visualize concepts
5. Source and evaluate new materials, technologies, and processes to create unique products
6. Utilize CAD software to create detailed 3D models and renderings
7. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to produce prototypes for testing and evaluation
8. Monitor the competitive landscape to stay informed of trends and innovations in the industry
9. Attend trade shows, industry events, and product testing to stay abreast of the latest developments
10. Monitor product performance and analyze customer feedback to inform future designs
