Job Description

The North Face is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Product Testing Analyst to join our Footwear team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product testing initiatives and analyzing product performance data to ensure the highest possible quality in our products. You will be a key member of the team, helping to drive product development decisions and ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Material Sciences, and at least five years of experience in product testing and development. You must also have a strong understanding of product testing methods and protocols, and be capable of working independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.If you have the required qualifications and are passionate about product testing and development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product testing initiatives and analyze product performance data to ensure product quality.
  2. Develop product testing methods and protocols.
  3. Work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  4. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of product testing.
  6. Provide feedback to the team on relevant product testing results.
  7. Assist in the development of product development decisions.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies related to product testing.
