
Senior Manager, Merchandising, Equipment and Accessories (Global)
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Manager of Merchandising, Equipment and Accessories (Global) to join The North Face and help us create an inspiring and innovative outdoor experience for all. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of global gear and accessory merchandising strategies. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the outdoor lifestyle and the ability to lead a team to execute global merchandising plans. To be successful, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a global merchandising capacity, including knowledge of product trends, consumer behaviors, and the ability to develop effective partnerships with internal and external partners. You must also possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global gear and accessory merchandising strategies
- Analyze product trends and consumer behaviors
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product innovation
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external partners
- Create and maintain merchandising plans in line with corporate objectives
- Oversee product design, sourcing, and production of global gear and accessory items
- Monitor performance of product lines and make adjustments as necessary
- Lead and motivate a team of merchandising professionals to ensure successful execution of plans
- Provide ongoing training and support for merchandising team
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
