Senior Manager, Innovation Development

The North Face is looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Manager of Innovation Development to join our team and lead our journey of exploration. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving innovation and growth strategies to position The North Face as the leader in outdoor apparel and equipment.To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in innovation development, e-commerce, product design, and/or apparel or outdoor industry. You should also have a track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies. Responsibilities:

1. Research and develop innovative strategies for The North Face to maintain its position as a leader in outdoor apparel and equipment.

3. Utilize e-commerce, product design, and apparel or outdoor industry knowledge to drive growth and innovation.
4. Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to develop plans for staying ahead of the competition.
5. Create and manage budgets and timelines for innovation and growth initiatives.
6. Evaluate and assess impact of innovation and growth strategies.
7. Develop and implement marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of new products and services.
8. Train and mentor team members in innovation development and growth strategies.
9. Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas.
10. Lead by example and share passion for pushing boundaries and exploring the unknown.
