Senior Fit Specialist

The right candidate will possess a combination of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to help customers find the right fit for their unique needs.The Senior Fit Specialist will provide exceptional customer service while managing the fit of the full range of products, from apparel to footwear, so that customers can make informed purchase decisions. They will also help develop and maintain a culture of fit and product expertise within the store.This position requires a combination of technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the outdoor industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a specialty retail/outdoor retail environment, along with a strong background in apparel, footwear, and accessory fitting. Experience with POS systems is a plus.The Senior Fit Specialist must also be a strong communicator and have the ability to effectively articulate product features and fit attributes. Above all, they must have a customer-first attitude and be a passionate ambassador of The North Face brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and manage the fit of the full range of product from apparel to footwear.
2. Help customers make informed purchase decisions by providing technical advice and fit attributes.
3. Develop and maintain a culture of fit and product expertise within the store.
4. Utilize POS systems to track sales, customer service, and inventory.
5. Maintain customer-first attitude and be an ambassador of The North Face brand.
6. Provide product training to store associates.
7. Remain up-to-date with the outdoor industry trends.
8. Assist with product launches, promotional events, and store openings.
9. Ensure store environment is clean and well stocked.
