Job Description

The North Face is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help us inspire and equip our customers to explore the great outdoors. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.   1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  2. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting The North Face products.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brand and its values to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.
  6. Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new releases to effectively assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  10. Actively seek out opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and positivity within the team.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
