1. Greet and welcome customers to The North Face store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right products for their outdoor needs.
3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of The North Face products, including features, benefits, and uses.
4. Engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations based on their preferences and outdoor activities.
5. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and upsell products to customers.
6. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
9. Continuously educate oneself on new products and technologies to better assist customers and increase sales.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for The North Face, representing the company's values and promoting the brand's mission to inspire and enable everyone to explore the great outdoors.
12. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and product requests.
13. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
14. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
15. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines and store protocols.
