Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Share knowledge and passion for outdoor activities to assist customers in finding the right gear for their needs.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing any questions or concerns.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and other sales tools.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
7. Continuously expand knowledge of products and outdoor activities to better assist customers.
8. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
9. Uphold brand standards and represent The North Face in a positive and professional manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve job knowledge and performance.
12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and empathy.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
