As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our brand.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  2. Utilize strong sales skills to drive and increase sales for The North Face brand.
  3. Greet and engage with customers, building relationships and providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of The North Face products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
  9. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to store management.
  10. Attend and participate in company training and development programs.
  11. Continuously educate yourself on new product releases and industry trends.
  12. Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors and The North Face brand.
  13. Be proactive in identifying and resolving any customer service issues.
  14. Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store appearance standards.
  15. Help with inventory management, including regular stock checks and restocking.
  16. Work collaboratively with other departments within the company, such as marketing and e-commerce, to support overall brand success.
  17. Adhere to company values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
