1. Greet and welcome customers to The North Face store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find the best products for their needs.
3. Be knowledgeable about The North Face brand, products, and company values.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting room area.
5. Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
6. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the store manager.
9. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on new product releases.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
