2. Ensure store is clean and organized.
3. Receive and process customer payments.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of The North Face products.
5. Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
6. Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
7. Monitor store stock levels and order additional supplies as necessary.
8. Provide assistance with merchandising and in-store displays.
9. Participate in store promotions and events.
10. Greet customers as they enter the store.
