Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join the team at The North Face. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will be expected to assist customers with product selection, offer knowledgeable advice on our products, and maintain a neat and orderly store. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping customers. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
