
Retail Allocation Analyst
At The North Face, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Allocation Analyst to join our team. This role will be integral in driving our success by creating and overseeing effective inventory distribution strategies. As a Retail Allocation Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing our inventory levels and setting our customers up for success.If you have experience in retail allocation and a passion for driving customer success, we would love to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as experience in using data to inform decisions. Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee effective inventory distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Utilize data to inform decisions and develop actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track inventory levels across multiple channels and locations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory surplus and improve stock turns.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory and related activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Identify potential areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
