Job Description

The North Face is looking for an Inventory Lead to join our team and take on an integral role in managing our inventory. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. They should also possess a solid understanding of inventory management, inventory control, and inventory reporting. The Inventory Lead will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining inventory accuracy, as well as driving process improvement initiatives. If you are passionate about customer service and have a "can do" attitude, we want to hear from you! Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field• 3+ years' experience in inventory management• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes and procedures

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  2. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement inventory control methods and procedures.
  4. Analyze and report inventory data to ensure accurate and timely information.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  6. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  7. Create and maintain inventories and track inventory movements.
  8. Assist with forecasting and planning inventory needs.
  9. Train and develop staff in inventory management techniques.
  10. Monitor stock levels and analyze trends to identify potential issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
