Inventory Lead

The North Face is looking for an experienced Inventory Lead to join our team! As an Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for managing our inventory across all departments and ensuring accurate records are kept. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for accurate inventory management. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, a working knowledge of inventory software, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory across all departments.
2. Implement and maintain inventory control systems, processes, and procedures.
3. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet customer needs.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
5. Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory.
6. Generate reports on inventory levels and usage.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order new inventory as needed.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any inventory-related issues.
10. Train and supervise staff on inventory management and control procedures.
