Job Description

The North Face is looking for a motivated and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our team and help take our business to the next level. We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service and sales experience, who is enthusiastic and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delegating tasks, managing a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are an experienced Floor Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, this could be the role for you.Required Qualifications:• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role• Proven success in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales and service goals• Outstanding customer service and sales skills• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the store floor, including delegating tasks to team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure quality customer service and sales goals are met.

• Troubleshoot customer service and sales issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• Train and develop team members to ensure their skills meet store standards.

• Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and employee performance.

• Monitor store operations, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.

• Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and sales performance.

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensure store is clean and well merchandised.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store policies and procedures.
