Floor Supervisor

The North Face is looking for a motivated and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our team and help take our business to the next level. We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service and sales experience, who is enthusiastic and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delegating tasks, managing a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the store floor, including delegating tasks to team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure quality customer service and sales goals are met.

• Troubleshoot customer service and sales issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• Train and develop team members to ensure their skills meet store standards.

• Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and employee performance.

• Monitor store operations, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.

• Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and sales performance.

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensure store is clean and well merchandised.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store policies and procedures.
