Floor Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing the sales staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and communication.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of retail supervisory experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team. You should be a highly organized self-starter with effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Develop strategies and tactics to promote product knowledge and increase sales.
7. Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of items.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
9. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics.
10. Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
