Floor Supervisor

At The North Face, we’re looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Our Floor Supervisors play an essential role in keeping our store running smoothly and providing outstanding customer service. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to customer service, we’d love to hear from you!To be successful as a Floor Supervisor at The North Face, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to stay organized and multitask. You should also be knowledgeable about the products and services we offer and be able to answer customer questions. Previous retail experience is preferred, as well as experience in customer service or a related field. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about outdoor activities and who will inspire our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service and assistance.
2. Monitor the store floor to ensure that employees are providing excellent customer service.
3. Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Supervise staff and ensure that they adhere to store policies and protocols.
5. Monitor store inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
6. Train and develop new and existing staff members and evaluate their performance.
7. Ensure that store displays are maintained and updated regularly.
8. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude that will inspire customers.
9. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
10. Prepare reports and analyze store data to identify areas of improvement.
