Floor Supervisor

The North Face is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team! We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for the outdoors. As Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations on the sales floor, ensuring that staff is providing exceptional customer service, and helping to drive sales.The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. A working knowledge of The North Face products, current trends, and the outdoors is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff on the sales floor and ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Lead and motivate staff to drive sales.
3. Monitor operations and identify areas of improvement.
4. Establish and enforce store policies and procedures.
5. Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory when necessary.
6. Document and investigate customer complaints.
7. Keep abreast of The North Face products, current trends, and the outdoors.
8. Provide feedback to store management and suggest new strategies.
9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
10. Train and coach staff on products and customer service techniques.
