Floor Supervisor

We at The North Face are looking for an organized and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team and help take our customer service and floor operations to the next level. We’re looking for an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, ensure The North Face brand is represented with integrity, and help us create an inspiring shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a retail management role and a passion for leading and motivating a team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all customers.
2. Lead and motivate staff to ensure all sales targets are met.
3. Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
4. Train and coach staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is properly merchandised.
6. Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
7. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
8. Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
9. Track and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
