Floor Supervisor

At The North Face, we’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and can make a positive impact on our store environment. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store operations. 8. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
9. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of The North Face products and services.
10. Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
