- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other Floor Supervisors and store management to develop and implement strategies for driving sales and achieving goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with all levels of the organization.
- Uphold the company's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Previous Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Outdoor Or Athletic Apparel.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
Knowledge And Passion For Outdoor Activities And The North Face Brand, With The Ability To Provide Product Recommendations And Educate Customers On The Brand's Values And Mission.
