- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the brand image of The North Face.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing action plans for improvement when needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the retail floor by overseeing daily tasks, such as restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Serve as a role model for the team by consistently exhibiting a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, brand initiatives, and company policies to effectively train and educate team members.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and enhance store performance.
- Uphold company standards and policies, including inventory control, loss prevention, and workplace safety regulations.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For A Floor Supervisor Role At The North Face Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts Or Challenges That May Arise On The Sales Floor.
