Floor Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also supporting and developing the skills of our sales associates. 1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
2. Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
3. Monitor sales floor to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and the store is well-maintained.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries about products.
5. Lead by example and exhibit a positive and professional attitude at all times.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
8. Collaborate with store management to create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
11. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
13. Uphold the company's mission and values, promoting a culture of exploration and adventure.
14. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and initiatives.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
