- Act as a liaison between store management and sales associates, effectively communicating goals and expectations.

Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Floor Supervisor At The North Face Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Will Showcase Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Knowledge Of Outdoor Gear And Apparel: As A Leading Outdoor Brand, The North Face Requires Its Floor Supervisors To Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Their Intended Use.
