- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Train and develop new team members on company culture, processes, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
At Least 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Or Outdoor Industry Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Outdoor Gear And Apparel, Particularly The North Face Brand.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
