Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Floor Supervisor at The North Face. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by overseeing the daily operations on the sales floor. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-centric, and has a strong understanding of retail sales. If you have experience in a supervisory role and a love for all things outdoors, we want to hear from you!

  1. Oversee the daily operations and performance of the sales floor.
  2. Provide guidance, support, and direction to sales associates.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  4. Ensure that all merchandise is displayed and presented in an attractive and organized manner.
  5. Train and develop sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Floor Supervisor At The North Face Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensure Daily Operations Run Smoothly.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Especially In The Outdoor Or Apparel Industry, Is Highly Desired For A Floor Supervisor At The North Face. This Will Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products, Customer Base, And Sales Techniques.

  • Customer Service Oriented: The North Face Values Exceptional Customer Service, And A Floor Supervisor Must Have A Strong Focus On Providing An Exceptional Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes Resolving Any Customer Complaints Or Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.

  • Product Knowledge: A Floor Supervisor Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The North Face Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Uses. This Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers And Assist With Product Training For Sales Associates.
