- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
- Collaborate with store management to implement marketing and merchandising strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Ensure all products are adequately stocked, neatly displayed, and accurately priced.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and brand values, and effectively communicate this information to customers and team members.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Floor Supervisor Position At The North Face Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
