We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional customer service and promote our brand. As a Floor Supervisor at The North Face, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating our sales team, ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
  2. Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to new and existing employees.
  4. Monitor and manage the store's inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  6. Assist in visual merchandising and store layout to effectively showcase products.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote the brand.
  11. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among the sales team.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
  14. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: Candidates For A Floor Supervisor Position At The North Face Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team In A Retail Environment.
