- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive the success of The North Face brand globally.
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive financial success.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive efficiency within the financial planning and analysis function.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends to inform financial planning and analysis strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability and high performance within the financial planning and analysis team.
- Represent The North Face brand and its financial performance to external stakeholders, such as investors and analysts.
- Uphold the values and mission of The North Face brand in all financial planning and analysis activities.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Global Markets And Brand Positioning, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Financial Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Strategic Planning.
