Job Description

We're on the hunt for an experienced and innovative Director of Brand Management to join the team at The North Face. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker who has a passion for leading and developing successful brand campaigns.The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand messaging, and digital marketing. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, and a successful track record of developing and executing brand campaigns. Experience leading a cross-functional team and working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment is a must.If you have a proven ability to think strategically and creatively, and have a passion for leading teams and developing successful brands, then we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute successful brand campaigns in line with The North Face's goals and objectives
  2. Lead a cross-functional team to create innovative and effective solutions for brand initiatives
  3. Analyze consumer behavior to drive brand messaging and digital marketing strategies
  4. Monitor and report on the success of brand campaigns
  5. Provide creative and strategic input to the team in order to ensure successful brand initiatives
  6. Work with stakeholders to ensure The North Face brand is represented in an accurate and positive manner
  7. Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance
  8. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and goals
  9. Manage brand budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of funds
