
Director, Brand Management
We're on the hunt for an experienced and innovative Director of Brand Management to join the team at The North Face. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker who has a passion for leading and developing successful brand campaigns.The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand messaging, and digital marketing. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, and a successful track record of developing and executing brand campaigns. Experience leading a cross-functional team and working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment is a must.If you have a proven ability to think strategically and creatively, and have a passion for leading teams and developing successful brands, then we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful brand campaigns in line with The North Face's goals and objectives
- Lead a cross-functional team to create innovative and effective solutions for brand initiatives
- Analyze consumer behavior to drive brand messaging and digital marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the success of brand campaigns
- Provide creative and strategic input to the team in order to ensure successful brand initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to ensure The North Face brand is represented in an accurate and positive manner
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and goals
- Manage brand budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of funds
