Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of product designers in creating innovative and inspiring outdoor apparel, footwear, and equipment.
2. Develop and refine design processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Manage budget for product design team.
4. Motivate and inspire product design team to create high quality product designs.
5. Establish relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure cost-effective production of products.
6. Monitor and analyze industry trends to ensure product designs remain competitive and appealing to consumers.
7. Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
8. Prepare and present product design reports and presentations to senior management.
9. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for the product design team.
10. Assist in recruiting and training of new product designers.
