Job Description

  1. Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
  2. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  3. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members to drive sales and meet targets.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies for achieving sales goals and increasing profitability.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
  9. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in order to make informed business decisions.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and mission in all interactions.
  13. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
  14. Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory reports.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager At The North Face Should Have Prior Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Lead A Team, Drive Sales, And Manage Store Operations.
