- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet sales goals.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of The North Face products, features, and benefits to effectively educate and assist customers.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock loss.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement staff schedules that meet the needs of the business.

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.

Previous Managerial Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Assistant Store Manager At The North Face Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team And Handle Various Responsibilities.
