As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our store by assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet sales goals.
  2. Assist in the daily operations of the store including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  3. Train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of The North Face products, features, and benefits to effectively educate and assist customers.
  6. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock loss.
  9. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement staff schedules that meet the needs of the business.
  10. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  11. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees.
  12. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  13. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  14. Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Managerial Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Assistant Store Manager At The North Face Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team And Handle Various Responsibilities.
