Job Description

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products.   1. Assist the merchandising team in all aspects of product development and delivery.
  2. Track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  4. Monitor product quality and communicate any issues to the appropriate teams.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies.
  7. Help create and maintain product catalogs and databases.
  8. Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials.
  9. Support the development of product pricing strategies.
  10. Ensure all products meet company standards and are in line with brand guidelines.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports on product performance.
  12. Act as a liaison between the merchandising team and other departments.
  13. Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated on market trends.
  14. Help with the planning and execution of product launches.
  15. Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  16. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for efficient operations.
  17. Display a strong passion for the outdoors and The North Face brand.
  18. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  19. Possess a keen eye for detail and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Retail Merchandising: Candidates For An Assistant Merchandiser Job At The North Face Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Merchandising Role.
