  1. Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and sales to ensure product assortment aligns with brand vision and company objectives.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for product allocation and replenishment.
  5. Assist in creating and maintaining product line plans, including product assortment, pricing, and product positioning.
  6. Support the product development process by coordinating samples, tracking timelines, and communicating with suppliers and vendors.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in databases and systems.
  8. Help prepare and present product line reviews and sales presentations to internal teams and external partners.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and make recommendations for future product assortments.
  10. Attend trade shows and events to stay informed on industry trends and competitors' product offerings.
  11. Assist in managing product pricing and margins to ensure profitability.
  12. Provide support for any ad hoc projects or tasks as needed to support the merchandising team.
  13. Uphold and promote the company's brand values and commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product messaging and support marketing initiatives.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of outdoor activities and the target market to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Retail Buying Or Merchandising, Preferably In The Outdoor Or Athletic Apparel Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Product Assortments And Inventory.

  • Knowledge Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Outdoor Apparel Industry.
