Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Buying, Merchandising, Or Product Development.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Trends, Market Analysis, And Product Assortment Planning.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Word, And Powerpoint, As Well As Experience With Retail Software And Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Design, Production, And Sales.
