Job Description

The New York Times is looking for an experienced and creative VP of Product, Wirecutter to join our team. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for product management and a drive to lead our Wirecutter product development and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful consumer products, a creative and innovative vision, and the ability to stay ahead of consumer trends in the digital product space. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in product management, product design, UX/UI, or engineering• Expertise in consumer product development, consumer-facing product experience design, and digital product strategies• Strong business acumen and ability to build and execute product strategies• Proven track record of launching successful consumer products• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to think creatively and bring an innovative perspective to product development• Passion for technology and staying ahead of consumer trends in the digital product space
