We are looking for an experienced Manager, Data and Insights to join our team and drive the development of our data-driven products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis and advanced statistical methods to uncover insights, trends and opportunities that will inform our product strategy and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate should bring a passion for data and analytics, an understanding of the digital media industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies.We are looking for a Manager, Data and Insights who is an innovative problem solver and an excellent communicator who can easily explain complex topics to a variety of audiences, both internal and external. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and have a desire to be part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and insights, preferably in the media and/or digital advertising industry• Expert knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)• Experience with SQL, Python, R, and/or other data analysis tools• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights• Excellent communication and presentation skills
