The successful candidate should have the ability to conceptualize and deliver solutions to complex problems, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in managing the development of successful software projects.The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep technical background, a passion for open source software, and a proven track record of leading development teams and implementing solutions. They should be experienced in developing solutions using a range of technologies, including Linux, Java, Python, and JavaScript. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of DevOps, microservices, and cloud-based technologies.The Chief Architect will be responsible for guiding the development of our solutions and providing technical leadership and direction to our teams. They should be a self-starter and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders. This individual should have excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts.We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in software development, including 5 years of experience in a leadership role. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desired, but not required.
