  1. Receive and process incoming shipments from suppliers.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
  3. Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  4. Prepare orders for delivery to stores and customers.
  5. Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
  6. Inspect and report any damaged or defective products.
  7. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with store associates to identify and fulfill their product needs.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to store associates and customers.
  12. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
  13. Troubleshoot any issues related to warehouse processes or equipment.
  14. Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  16. Train and mentor new warehouse team members.
  17. Adhere to all company values and standards.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Warehouse Support Employees At The Home Depot Must Be Able To Maintain Inventory Levels, Track Shipments, And Keep The Warehouse Space Clean And Organized.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Strength And Endurance To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Stand For Long Periods Of Time, And Work In Various Weather Conditions.
