As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of products to our stores.   1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products from suppliers.
  2. Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse.
  3. Accurately pick and pack products for distribution to stores.
  4. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
  5. Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport products.
  6. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  7. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and complete tasks efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  9. Assist with loading and unloading trucks for product deliveries.
  10. Communicate any product shortages or discrepancies to management.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and company policies while working in the warehouse.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and inquiries from store associates.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Adhere to deadlines and meet productivity goals set by management.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Setting.

  • Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects, Up To 50 Lbs.

  • Familiarity With Operating And Maintaining Warehouse Equipment, Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Track Inventory.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Work As Part Of A Team And Follow Safety Protocols.
