  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
  3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
  4. Direct customers to the appropriate departments or products within the store.
  5. Assist customers with finding products and answer any questions they may have.
  6. Keep the store clean and organized by stocking shelves, cleaning aisles, and maintaining displays.
  7. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously learn about products and services offered by The Home Depot to effectively assist customers.
  11. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for customers and team members.
  12. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate department or manager.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for The Home Depot by promoting company values and initiatives.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management to support the overall success of the store.
