  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping aisles clear.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  8. Work closely with store management to identify and implement strategies for improving customer experience.
  9. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  10. Continuously develop product knowledge to be able to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  11. Proactively seek out opportunities to assist customers and provide exceptional service.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company values and initiatives to customers.
