  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the store by regularly organizing and restocking shelves, cleaning and tidying displays, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced.
  4. Help customers with large or heavy items, including loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.
  5. Work closely with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and the store is running smoothly.
  6. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for both customers and employees.
  8. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  9. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues within the store to management.
  10. Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and restocking products as needed.
  11. Attend and participate in training and meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  14. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the store.
